Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participating in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork.
  • Supporting HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement activities, performance management, and training programs.
  • Assisting with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
  • Providing support to employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
